Fall Reset Women's Retreat
Join us for a weekend of nourishing our minds, bodies, and spirits in preparation for the season to come. Taking time to nurture ourselves with immune boosting foods, yoga and meditation, womb healing techniques and the beautiful land at Quinta Das Sequoias . This retreat will be apart of a 4 part series, happening once in each season with the intention of connecting to ourselves through honoring the cycles of the earth.

Quinta das Sequoias
Nestled on the Mountain of the Moon, in Sintra, Portugal, the Quinta is surrounded by ancient heritage sites and aquifer fed lily ponds. The Quinta home has been renovated to provide extreme luxury while retaining the history and character of the original building. Spending time on this land is a retreat in itself, the guided hike to our Private Vista Point is unforgettable and the Cedarwood Sauna offers the perfect space for detoxifying our bodies as winter approaches.
Community Offerings
We are excited to collaborate as women and create a truly amazing weekend full of healing and connection. This retreat includes a Womb Healing circle and Community Earth Offering hosted by Madison; Morning Yoga and Meditation led by Carolina; and Immune boosting homemade broths, nourishing foods, and herbal blends by Tarena.
